(POS Ste-Foy) \nSunday, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (1h30): Yellow and Blue (POS Basse-Ville)\nSunday, 1 to 2:30 p.m. (1:30 p.m.): Yellow and Blue  \n\nWorkshop themes: technique, connection, timing, partnership, showmanship and musicality.\nSocial dancing\n\nFriday, 9pm to midnight (POS Ste-Foy)\nSaturday, 9pm to 1am (POS Ste-Foy)\nSunday, 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm (POS Basse-Ville)\n\nThe premises\nTwo addresses:\n→ Daytime workshops (between 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) = Port-O-Swing Basse-Ville, 766 Rue Kirouac.\n→ Evening workshops and dance parties (from 8pm) = Port-O-Swing Ste-Foy, 3314 Ch Ste-Foy.\nWorkshops: two levels\nThis time, we’re offering 2 complete tracks of workshops: Yellow (beginner/inter) and Blue (inter/advanced). We want everyone to get the most out of the workshops by learning concepts adapted to their actual WCS level. We have carefully planned the workshops so that the same concepts are taught in both levels. It’s the speed of the course and the final complexity that will vary according to the level. All teachers will teach both levels.      \nYellow level (beginner/intermediate): for people who are relatively new to WCS and wish to deepen their dance skills. Prerequisites: good knowledge of basic movements (push, pass, tuck, whip).   \nBlue level (inter/advanced): for people with extensive WCS experience. For example, who have been taking courses for several years, who travel to train, who compete in WCS. Prerequisites: excellent control of basic movements and techniques.  \nPlease note that most workshops will be given in English. Someone will be assigned to translate if necessary.   \nSelection process\nThe choice of level will be made on Saturday morning, before the first class, by self-selection participants choose their own level.\nDuring the first class, the guest teachers will observe the group. At the end of the course, they can readjust the distribution by transferring people to the other level if necessary, to ensure that everyone is in the most suitable environment. The aim is to ensure a balance between the two groups, both in terms of number of participants and level.    \nPrice list\nAll prices are in Canadian dollars.\nFull pass (9 hours of workshops + 3 social dances)\n\nBefore August 14: $185\nFrom August 15: $205\nDuo package (1 Lead and 1 Follow): $350\n\nDay pass : Available from July 1 (if space is available).\nSingle evening :\n\nWorkshop (at 8 p.m.) + Social Dance: $30 per evening\nSocial dance only: $15 per evening\n\nPrivate lessons (surplus) :  \n\nWith Kyle: $110 /45 minutes\nWith Mélodie: $110 /45 minutes\nWith Matt: $110 / 55 minutes\nWith Desirae: $110 / 55 minutes\nWith Matt and Desirae: $150 / 55 minutes\n\nTo reserve your place on a private course, please indicate your interest in the registration form.
