Pulsation Danse is a dance school founded in Quebec City in 2014 by Marie Phaneuf-Fournier and Gaétan Grondin. Since its creation, the school’s mission has been to develop the West Coast Swing and Blues scenes in Quebec City.
Pulsation Danse offers dance classes and weekly evenings with a wide range of content. The school also offers introductory courses during evenings, intensives or special events in collaboration with other schools.
Pulsation Danse stands out for its progressive classes that adapt to the needs of the participants. Teaching focuses on technique, musicality, connection, posture and the specifics of the styles studied. Currently, Gaétan and Mélanie Jean are the school’s main teachers. They are constantly learning through their dance-related travels, so as to guarantee the quality and authenticity of their classes. Both he and she have extensive teaching experience.
