The next Rendez-vous West Coast Swing de Québec will be held the weekend of September 27-28-29, 2024!

Come and learn and dance with our guest pros: Mélodie (Paris) and Kyle (Toronto).

In brief

  • 3 dance evenings
  • 8 hours of workshops (all levels)
  • 2 hours of advanced guided practice (by invitation)
  • Private lessons available on request
  • 1 dinner in a restaurant
  • 1 opportunity to get together, share, learn, laugh, (throw down), and dance!

For your convenience, this time there are two locations

→ Workshops at Port-O-Swing Studio Basse-Ville, 766 Rue Kirouac (St-Sauveur)
→ Evenings at the Swing Ambassade studio, 333 de la Couronne (St-Roch)

Workshop schedule
  • Workshop 1: Saturday, 11am to 1pm (2h)
  • Workshop 2: Saturday, 2-4pm (2h)
  • Workshop 3: Sunday, 11am to 1pm (2h)
  • Workshop 4: Sunday, 2-4pm (2h)

All 3 evenings start at 8:00 pm!

Course levels

The 8h workshops are open to people of all WCS levels. However, it is recommended to have a minimum experience of about 2 sessions in order to know the basic movements and principles. The level of the courses will be progressive over the weekend, so that the whole Quebec City community can progress.

* Classes will be held in English (Kyle) and French (Mélodie). It will be possible to ask questions in French. Mélodie will translate.

Price list

Full pass (8h workshops + 2 evenings)

→ Before August 31, 2024: $150
→ From September 1: $175

Saturday pass (3h30 workshops + 1 evening event)

Access to workshops from 1pm (workshops 3-4-5) + Saturday evening party

→ Before January 14: $65
→ From January 15: $75

Guided practice (By invitation only)

→ $40 (surplus)

Day pass

→ Saturday only (4h workshops + evening): $100
→ Sunday only (4h workshops): $90

Single evening

→ Friday evening: $15
→ Saturday evening: $15

Private lessons (extra) :

→ With Mélodie: $100/
→ With Kyle: $100/
